According to court documents, the plaintiff, who was 17 years old at the time, claims he gained entry to the club by bribing a bouncer. Once inside, he alleges he was invited to join Combs at his private table, where he was served multiple shots of vodka.
The lawsuit states that after consuming the drinks, the young man began to feel disoriented, as though he were losing control of his body, before eventually slipping in and out of consciousness.
These latest accusations add to the mounting legal troubles facing Combs, who is already entangled in a series of civil lawsuits related to alleged sexual misconduct and abuse.
The plaintiff, identified only as “John Doe” in court filings, alleges that after becoming heavily intoxicated, he was led to a secluded backroom within the SoHo nightclub, where he witnessed people using drugs and engaging with escorts. He claims that by this point, he realized the drinks he had been given were likely spiked, as he felt his mental and physical faculties deteriorating.
The lawsuit details how the plaintiff’s condition worsened, leaving him powerless to resist or fully comprehend what was happening. As his consciousness flickered in and out, he was allegedly assaulted by Combs, who is accused of taking advantage of his vulnerable state. The plaintiff describes feeling “defenseless” and unable to stop the attack, a harrowing claim that forms the core of the new legal filing against Combs.
