6. Talent Coaching and Gigs
All users offering coaching, rentals or services must ensure their skills, credentials, and pricing are clearly stated. Fameidols does not guarantee results from any service or talent engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Fameidols.com (text, logos, videos, graphics) is owned by Fameidols or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content but grant Fameidols a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms, without prior notice. Fameidols also reserves the right to remove any content that breaches our policies.
9. Disclaimers
Fameidols provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services offered will meet your expectations or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fameidols is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost earnings or disputes between users.
