Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FameIdols. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Fameidols.com, including freelance gigs, Collab Drops, Social Boost, coaching and rental services.

By creating an account, purchasing a service or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

1. Getting Started and Eligibility

1.1 Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, offer services, hire freelancers or participate in paid campaigns.

1.2 Accurate information

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your profile information up to date. Your identity, location, skills, experience, portfolio and social media information must not be false or misleading.

If you act on behalf of a business, you must have permission to represent that business.

1.3 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access. Notify FameIdols promptly if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

You must not impersonate another person or use accounts to bypass restrictions, claim duplicate rewards or manipulate platform activity.

1.4 Verification and availability

FameIdols may request information necessary to verify your identity, payment details or eligibility for particular services. Verification information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Some services, campaigns and payment methods may be unavailable in certain countries. You should check the options available to your account before purchasing a membership or accepting paid work.

1.5 Experience and audience requirements

Freelancers may showcase original sample work when they do not yet have professional client experience.

Collab Drops opportunities focus on the creative requirements of each project. Relevant Social Boost campaigns may also require a minimum audience size or other eligibility conditions.

2. Membership and Opportunities

2.1 Membership benefits

Your membership determines the features and allowances available to your account. The plan information shown when you purchase explains the price, duration, limits and included benefits.

Read this information carefully before making payment.

2.2 No guarantee of employment or earnings

Creating an account or purchasing a membership does not guarantee work, campaign availability, selection, approval or income.

Employers choose freelancers according to their project needs. Social Boost participation depends on campaign availability, eligibility and satisfactory completion of the published requirements.

2.3 Project matching

FameIdols may use profile information, including skills and languages, to identify relevant opportunities. A match is an invitation to consider an opportunity and does not constitute a hiring agreement.

Freelancers remain responsible for reviewing the brief and submitting a suitable proposal.

2.4 Participation limits

Campaign allowances and task limits are governed by the membership and campaign conditions displayed in your account.

An allowance is a participation limit, not a promise that the corresponding number of tasks will be available.

2.5 Renewal, expiry and cancellation

Membership duration, renewal arrangements and any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

After expiry, access to membership benefits may change. Expiry does not, by itself, cancel existing contractual obligations or remove a right to payment for properly completed and approved work.

Refund requests will be considered under the terms applicable to the purchase and any mandatory legal rights.

2.6 Changes to membership plans

FameIdols may introduce or revise membership plans. Material changes affecting an existing paid membership will be communicated to affected users, including when those changes take effect.

Changes will not retrospectively reduce payment rights already earned under an existing agreement.

3. Gigs and Applications

3.1 Service descriptions

Freelancers must describe their services accurately. Gig listings should explain the deliverables, pricing, delivery time, included revisions and any additional charges.

You must not advertise skills you cannot provide or present another person’s work as your own.

3.2 Portfolio and demonstration content

Photos, videos and portfolio materials must demonstrate your own work or clearly identify your contribution.

You must follow the media requirements stated in the gig-creation guide. Where a creative demonstration is required, a personal introduction alone does not satisfy that requirement.

Unofficial promotional samples must not falsely imply that a brand, musician or filmmaker has hired or endorsed you.

3.3 Review and publication

FameIdols may review gigs before publication and request changes where information is incomplete, misleading or inconsistent with platform requirements.

Approval does not constitute a guarantee of the freelancer’s performance. Review estimates are indicative and may vary where additional checks are needed.

Changes to an approved gig may require further review.

3.4 Proposals

Before applying, freelancers must review the brief, budget, deadline and submission requirements. Proposals must accurately describe the freelancer’s approach, availability and proposed price.

Freelancers should not accept commitments they cannot reasonably fulfil.

3.5 Confirmation before starting work

A match, proposal or expression of interest is not a confirmed engagement.

Work should begin only after hiring has been confirmed and the required project and payment arrangements have been completed through the applicable platform process.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency and pricing

Gig prices and project budgets are stated in US dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise.

If a payment provider converts funds into another currency, its exchange rate and charges may affect the amount paid or received.

4.2 Fees and deductions

Applicable platform fees and commissions will be disclosed before the relevant transaction is confirmed. Users should review the payment breakdown before submitting a bid, accepting work or purchasing a service.

Payment providers may charge separate processing, withdrawal or currency-conversion fees.

4.3 Pending and available earnings

An amount shown as pending has not yet completed the applicable approval or payment-clearance process.

Earnings become available for withdrawal once the required conditions have been met, subject to disclosed deductions and any lawful payment restrictions.

4.4 Withdrawal requirements

Users must provide accurate payout details and complete any required verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts, supported methods, charges and processing estimates are those displayed in the applicable payment instructions.

You must use a payout method you are authorised to receive funds through.

4.5 Delayed or unsuccessful payments

If a payment is delayed or unsuccessful, check its status and your payout details before contacting support. Include the transaction reference, amount and request date.

FameIdols will investigate reported issues within its control and may need to coordinate with the payment provider.

4.6 Payment reviews and disputes

Payments may be temporarily held where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, duplicate payments, chargebacks or a genuine dispute.

Where legally permitted, affected users will be informed of the reason and the information needed to resolve the issue. A hold does not automatically determine which party is entitled to the funds.

Any refund or adjustment will be assessed against the transaction terms, available evidence and applicable law. Users may contact support to challenge an incorrect decision.

4.7 Taxes

Users are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations. FameIdols may collect, deduct or report amounts where required by law.

5. Completing Work and Resolving Problems

5.1 Agreeing the scope

Before work begins, employers and freelancers should agree on:

  • Deliverables and file formats.
  • Price and payment arrangements.
  • Delivery deadlines.
  • Included revisions.
  • Production expenses.
  • Content ownership and usage rights.

These agreements should be recorded in the project’s communication or order records.

5.2 Employer responsibilities

Employers must provide clear instructions, necessary materials and timely feedback. They must have permission to supply any assets they ask a freelancer to use.

Employers must not request unlawful content, false claims or work that infringes another person’s rights.

5.3 Delivery and review

Freelancers must submit completed work through the agreed delivery process. Employers must assess it against the agreed brief and identify specific shortcomings when requesting corrections.

An employer must not introduce new requirements as though they were part of the original agreement.

5.4 Revisions and additional work

Included revisions are limited to those agreed for the gig or project.

Additional deliverables, substantial changes or work outside the original scope require agreement on any extra payment and revised deadline before that work begins.

5.5 Delays

If you expect to miss a deadline, notify the other party promptly and propose a realistic alternative. Extensions must be agreed.

Where essential materials or feedback are delayed, the parties should review the delivery schedule accordingly.

5.6 Expenses and supplied products

Responsibility for shipping, transport, props, locations and other costs must be agreed before expenses are incurred.

Where physical products are supplied, the parties should agree whether they must be returned, their expected condition and who pays return costs.

5.7 Cancellation and disputes

Users should first attempt to resolve disagreements through recorded communication. If this is unsuccessful, contact FameIdols support with the brief, agreed terms, messages and delivery evidence.

Cancellation and payment outcomes will depend on the applicable transaction terms, work completed, evidence and legal rights.

FameIdols may assist with reviewing a dispute, but this does not prevent either party from exercising rights available under applicable law.

6. Social Boost Submissions

6.1 Campaign requirements

Participants must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the instructions published for each campaign.

These may include the social platform, audience size, content format, deadline, post visibility and evidence required.

6.2 Authentic participation

Fake accounts, fabricated screenshots, stolen content, duplicate payment claims and manipulated engagement are prohibited.

Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine opinions and experiences. Participants must not claim to have used a product or service when they have not.

Payment must not be treated as a requirement to make a false claim or express a falsely positive opinion.

6.3 Sponsored-content disclosure

Participants must clearly identify paid or sponsored content where required and follow the relevant social platform’s rules.

Campaign instructions do not authorise users to conceal a commercial relationship or disregard applicable advertising requirements.

6.4 Submission evidence

Participants must provide the correct campaign code, accessible post link and any requested supporting evidence.

Submitting a link or screenshot does not automatically qualify a task for payment. The submission must satisfy the campaign’s stated requirements.

6.5 Approval and rejection

Submissions may be rejected for reasons such as missing evidence, inaccessible content, failure to follow instructions, duplicate claims or ineligibility.

Participants should check their submission status and review any feedback. Where corrections or resubmissions are permitted, they must be completed within the stated deadline.

Questions about a rejection may be referred to support with the campaign and submission references.

6.6 Post visibility and retention

Campaign posts must remain accessible for verification and for the period stated in the campaign instructions.

If a post is removed or its link stops working, notify FameIdols promptly. The effect on approval or payment will depend on the campaign terms and circumstances.

6.7 Multiple submissions and deadlines

A campaign may be completed on multiple accounts or platforms only where expressly permitted. Additional posts do not automatically qualify for additional payments.

Submit work and proof before the deadline. Report technical problems promptly and retain evidence of the issue.

7. Content Rights and Support

7.1 Ownership

FameIdols branding and platform materials belong to FameIdols or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content unless they enter into a separate agreement transferring relevant rights.

7.2 Platform display permission

By uploading content, you grant FameIdols a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as necessary to operate the platform and present your profile, gig or submission.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to FameIdols.

7.3 Rights granted to employers

The project agreement should explain whether the employer may publish, edit, reproduce or use commissioned content in advertisements.

It should also address duration, territory, exclusivity and any use of the creator’s name, image or voice.

Do not assume that purchasing content automatically includes unlimited advertising rights or an ownership transfer.

7.4 Third-party materials

You must have the necessary rights or permissions for music, footage, photographs, trademarks and other materials you supply or incorporate into work.

Employers and freelancers are each responsible for the materials they provide.

7.5 Confidentiality and portfolio use

Users must protect confidential information received through an engagement and respect agreed release dates.

Freelancers may include client work in a portfolio only where permitted by the agreement and any necessary permissions. Unreleased or confidential work must not be published without authorisation.

7.6 AI-assisted content

AI tools may be used only where consistent with the brief, applicable rights and platform rules.

Significant AI use must be disclosed where it affects the agreed service or where the employer requests disclosure. Confidential client materials must not be uploaded to external AI services without authorisation.

AI-generated material must not be used to impersonate another person or misrepresent work promised as a personal performance.

7.7 Reporting concerns

Report suspicious accounts, requests for sensitive information, harassment or suspected infringement to support.

Never share passwords or verification codes. Transactions conducted outside the platform may not be verifiable or eligible for the assistance available through FameIdols’ transaction processes.

7.8 Contacting support

Contact support [@] fameidols.org with your username, relevant project or campaign reference and a clear explanation. Include screenshots where helpful, but do not send passwords or verification codes.

8. Platform Use and Other Services

FameIdols provides tools for users to discover opportunities, offer services and manage engagements. Employers and service providers are responsible for the commitments they make to one another, alongside any obligations FameIdols undertakes for a particular service.

Users must not engage in fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful discrimination, hacking or interference with the platform.

Coaching and rental providers must accurately describe their qualifications, services, equipment, prices and relevant conditions. Any additional service terms must be disclosed before booking.

9. Account Restrictions and Termination

FameIdols may restrict an account or remove content where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected breaches, protect users or comply with legal obligations.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, users will be informed of the reason and how to request a review. Immediate restrictions may be necessary in cases involving security threats, fraud or serious misconduct.

Account closure does not automatically cancel existing obligations or extinguish valid payment rights. Active engagements and outstanding payments will be handled according to their terms, any necessary investigation and applicable law.

10. Service Availability and Liability

FameIdols does not guarantee uninterrupted access, selection for projects, campaign results or a particular level of earnings.

Users must exercise reasonable care when choosing whom to work with and agreeing on services.

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory rights available to users.

11. Changes to These Terms

FameIdols may update these terms as its services develop. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.

Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Where required, users will be asked to accept revised terms.

Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued payment rights or override mandatory legal protections.

12. General Provisions

These terms operate alongside the Privacy Policy and any service-specific conditions disclosed before a transaction.

Project agreements may define deliverables, pricing and usage rights, but must not authorise unlawful conduct or breach platform rules.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms prevents users from seeking remedies through a court or authority with jurisdiction.

For questions about these terms, contact support (@) fameidols.org or official Whatsapp Number on +447984 866 437
