Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has taken to social media to publicly call out her now ex-boyfriend, known as Oil Money, accusing him of betrayal and infidelity involving several of her colleagues in the movie industry.
In a series of emotional posts shared via her Instagram story, Angela didn’t hold back her feelings as she revealed disturbing details about the end of their relationship.
The actress, known for her outspoken nature, described Oil Money as a “damaged man” who pretended to love her while secretly exploiting her connections for personal gain.
Angela went further to brand her ex-lover as “an efulefu and very gullible,” expressing deep disappointment in how he turned their relationship into a stepping stone to chase clout and women.
She alleged that Oil Money had been involved with multiple Nollywood actresses, a discovery that crushed her trust and led her to cut ties completely. “He is not who he claims to be,” she wrote angrily. “Noise of empty self, bags and cheap foods in restaurants. A damaged man.”
Her choice of words revealed a mixture of anger, betrayal, and regret, suggesting that she felt deceived both emotionally and professionally.
In one of her most striking statements, Angela revealed her ex’s shameless ambition, recalling a moment when she caught him chatting with a Nollywood actress.
She claimed he boasted about his intentions to seduce wealthy women in Lagos and within the Nollywood circle. “He even told me the day I caught his chat with a Nollywood girl that he would make sure he sleeps with all those rich women in Lagos and Nollywood,” she said. “I was like, who does that?”
Angela’s shock and disillusionment were palpable, as she questioned how someone could be so brazen and unrepentant.
Determined to protect her peace and future, Angela vowed never to make her romantic life public again. She stated that her experience with Oil Money has taught her a hard lesson about sharing too much online. “Until I marry, you all will never see or even know what my man looks like again,” she warned.
“Make una warn that mad man to stop posting my picture na. I blocked Casanova for a long time. I don leave am for Nollywood girls and more. Make una carry am, e fits you, not Legit Queen.”
Her tone was unapologetically blunt as she distanced herself from her past and embraced a more private path forward.
Despite the heartbreak, Angela seemed to hold on to hope for a better future. She declared that she would marry wisely next time, choosing a man of substance rather than someone who only seeks fame and attention.
“I will marry right in Jesus’ name,” she affirmed. “I won’t marry a man that has eyes on other women, but a real king who knows his left from right, not an efulefu, very gullible, easily accessible.”
The use of prayer and affirmation hinted at her desire for emotional healing and a more meaningful relationship going forward.
Angela’s outburst has stirred conversations across social media, with many fans expressing support while others remain stunned at the scandal.
Her story paints a picture of a woman who trusted deeply, only to be betrayed by someone who saw her more as a ladder than a lover.
As she turns the page on this chapter of her life, Angela seems determined to reclaim her narrative, setting boundaries and promising not to make the same mistake twice.
