In anticipation of the tour, Asake has announced his new LP, Lungu Boy, which will be his third album in three years and his fourth project since January 2022.
So far in 2024, Asake has released the song “Only Me” on his birthday and has featured in collaborations with several artists, including Zlatan, Ayra Starr, Victony, Tems, and Central Cee.
He is also reported to have a collaboration with American rapper Travis Scott for his new album. Asake’s upcoming concert will make him only the third Nigerian artist, after Davido and Wizkid, to headline the O2 Arena more than once.
