Big Brother Naija has officially announced that auditions for its highly anticipated 10th season will take place from May 3 to May 7, 2025.
This announcement has stirred excitement among fans and aspiring housemates, many of whom see the platform as a life-changing opportunity.
The reality TV franchise, which has grown to become one of Africa’s biggest, is promising another thrilling season and is encouraging Nigerians who believe they have what it takes to join the house to apply within the designated window.
According to the organizers, all interested contestants are expected to register online through the official Africa Magic audition portal. “Think you’ve got what it takes to be Season 10 Certified? Prove it!” the showrunners posted on X (formerly Twitter).
“#BBNaija Season 10 auditions are LIVE. Register from May 3–7 to qualify for the physical auditions. 3 cities. 3 days. Limited slots. Secure your spot now,” the post added, urging quick action due to limited availability.
The first stage of the audition will be conducted virtually. Applicants must fill in their personal details, including full name, contact information, and audition city of choice.
After submitting their applications, they are to await a confirmation email, which will serve as their pass to the next stage of the process.
The organizers made it clear that only individuals aged 21 and above will be eligible to audition.
Successful candidates from the virtual screening will proceed to physical auditions, which are set to be held in three major Nigerian cities—Lagos, Enugu, and Abuja.
These in-person sessions are scheduled between May 16 and May 18. Organizers noted that this physical stage is critical, as it allows selectors to meet potential housemates face-to-face and better evaluate their personality, charisma, and on-screen appeal.
“We’re looking for dynamic individuals with strong personalities and compelling stories,” a spokesperson for the show said.
“BBNaija is not just about entertainment; it’s about discovering talent, creating stars, and giving everyday Nigerians a platform to shine on a continental stage.”
With its previous seasons having launched the careers of many notable media personalities, musicians, and influencers, Season 10 of BBNaija is already shaping up to be a monumental edition.
