Nigerian internet personality and crossdresser, Bobrisky, has once again stirred up controversy by revealing the number of celebrities he has been romantically involved with.

In a recent social media outburst, Bobrisky claimed to have had intimate relationships with no fewer than seven well-known figures in Nigeria’s entertainment industry. This revelation has sparked discussions among fans and critics alike, as he hinted at exposing these individuals who, according to him, have not been genuine in their dealings. His statements have reignited debates about secrecy, hypocrisy, and personal identity in the entertainment industry.

The self-acclaimed “Mummy of Lagos” made these disclosures while discussing the betrayals that led him to leave Nigeria. Expressing deep frustration, Bobrisky revealed that the actions of certain people he once trusted had driven him into what he described as exile.

According to him, some of the very individuals who once associated with him in private had later condemned him in public. He lamented that this pattern of hypocrisy was common among celebrities in Nigeria, where maintaining a particular public image often took precedence over genuine relationships. Feeling abandoned and attacked, he emphasized that he had no regrets about leaving the country.

In a video shared on Snapchat, Bobrisky was visibly agitated as he declared his readiness to name the seven celebrities he had been involved with. In his words, these individuals were not only fake but also complicit in maintaining the double standards that persist in Nigeria’s entertainment space.

He described them as people who had no issue being with him behind closed doors but publicly distanced themselves when it was convenient. His passionate rant suggested that he was reaching a breaking point and was no longer willing to protect those who had betrayed him. His tone was one of both anger and liberation, as he seemed determined to expose the truth.

Beyond addressing his personal relationships, Bobrisky also took a swipe at Nigerian politicians and public figures who, he claimed, had unnecessarily fixated on his persona. Reflecting on his past run-ins with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the backlash he received from politicians and celebrities, he expressed disbelief at the amount of attention he attracted.

He questioned why high-ranking officials, including ministers and senators, had devoted time to discussing him instead of focusing on national issues. This, he suggested, was proof of his significance, even in a country where he often felt unaccepted.

In his final remarks, Bobrisky highlighted a major reason why he had chosen to leave Nigeria for good. He pointed out that despite spending a lifetime in the country, authorities would never recognize his identity the way he wanted.

He referenced the refusal to categorize him as female on official documents like passports and driver’s licenses as an example of the rigid societal norms that made it difficult for people like him to exist freely.

Comparing his experience abroad to life in Nigeria, he emphasized that he now enjoyed a level of respect and recognition he never received at home. With this, he made it clear that he had moved on and was unwilling to conform to societal expectations that denied him the freedom to be himself.
