Nigerian megastar and Grammy-nominee David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, and his longtime partner Chioma Rowland, also known as Chefchi, have officially tied the knot.
Their traditional and church wedding ceremonies took place in Lagos, attracting notable figures from various sectors including business, politics, and entertainment.
The wedding featured Davido in Yoruba and Igbo traditional attire, posing for colorful photos with Chioma. Prior to the wedding, Davido shared pre-wedding photos on social media with the hashtag “#CHIVIDO2024”.
In a recent interview, he reflected on his relationship with Chioma, highlighting that they had known each other before his rise to fame and fortune.
He expressed gratitude for meeting her during that period, noting that it would be challenging to form genuine relationships now due to his wealth and status.
