Walt Disney and Warner Bros Discovery have announced plans to introduce a bundled package featuring Disney+, Hulu, and Max streaming services in the US starting this summer. Available across all three platforms, the bundle will offer options with and without advertisements, although pricing details have yet to be disclosed.

With competition from streaming rivals like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, the move aims to drive subscriber growth and retention, according to Warner Bros Discovery executive JB Perrette. More specifics about the plans will be revealed in the coming weeks.

As consumer preferences shift away from traditional TV, companies such as Disney and Warner Bros are under pressure to attract more subscribers to their streaming services.

The combined offering is expected to leverage the strengths of each platform: Disney+ for family-friendly content and Warner’s Max for adult-focused material.

This strategy follows a trend of streaming companies forming partnerships and offering bundled services to appeal to a wider audience.
