He described it as more than just a movie, reflecting on over a year of dedication and hard work poured into the project. The title, derived from the Igbo word for “Home,” sets the tone for a narrative that aims to capture the beautiful imperfections of every Nigerian family.
Njọkụ’s Instagram post on Monday, April 22, 2024, conveyed his sentiment, expressing anticipation for audiences to witness the result of their efforts. “It’s been over a year of planning, shooting, post-production, drafting marketing strategies, different kinds of screenings, knocking at doors and doing everything possible for this film to come alive. And here we are.
UNO is the Igbo word for Home. Although our film is funny, and would leave you craving for love, or wanting to call your loved ones, this is beyond entertainment. We made @uno_thefinfamily for every Nigerian family – to express the beautiful Imperfection of every family.
