Eilish introduces the tale by expressing her love for both music and nature.The story follows a boy named Wilfred who claims ownership of a moose named Marcel. Eilish emphasizes the importance of respecting and caring for wild creatures like Marcel while allowing them their freedom.
She recalled her own childhood, stating how crucial bedtime stories were for her, and how she would be upset without one.Oliver Jeffers expressed his excitement about Eilish reading his book, noting the story’s connection to nature, a theme Eilish supports.
Jeffers mentioned his family’s admiration for Eilish and humorously speculated that she might read the story better than he does.Eilish, who gained fame at 14 with her debut single “Ocean Eyes,” has achieved global stardom and numerous awards.
