Kanye West has once again taken to social media to air his grievances, this time directing his frustrations toward Jay-Z and Beyoncé.
In a series of heated posts on X, West criticized Jay-Z for failing to attend his first wedding to Kim Kardashian. He also expressed disappointment in both Jay-Z and Beyoncé for not using their influence to support him during his highly publicized custody battle with Kardashian.
The posts, filled with raw emotion and unfiltered opinions, mark yet another chapter in the ongoing tension between the once-close collaborators.
The “Donda” rapper did not hold back in his recent tirade, making it clear that he has long felt alienated by the Carters. He shared that he had always seen himself as the “black sheep” in the music industry, constantly striving for validation from those he considered family.
West recounted moments when he thought he was making the right moves in his career, only to feel slighted by Jay-Z’s actions. One of his biggest disappointments, he revealed, was Jay-Z skipping his wedding, an event he had hoped would be a show of solidarity between them.
West further vented his frustrations by listing perceived betrayals by Jay-Z, including the latter’s decision to feature Kendrick Lamar at the Super Bowl instead of him. He claimed he and his family were never truly embraced by the Carters and expressed hurt over subtle jabs that Jay-Z had taken at him in the past.
West also pointed out that Jay-Z’s reference to his controversial “red hat” moment during the “Donda” album era was unnecessary and contributed to his sense of alienation.
According to West, Jay-Z and Beyoncé could have leveraged their cultural and industry power to assist him in his custody battle but instead chose to remain silent. He believes their intervention could have helped him maintain a stronger position in negotiating custody arrangements with Kardashian.
Feeling abandoned, he did not mince words, stating bluntly that both Jay-Z and Beyoncé had let him down at a crucial time in his life. His posts were laced with a mixture of sorrow and resentment, showing the depth of his disappointment.
In an especially shocking moment, West suggested that Jay-Z might be contemplating his murder. He claimed that Jay-Z was likely “driving around thinking he had to kill Kanye.”
The statement, while seemingly exaggerated, raised concerns among fans and observers about West’s state of mind. He went further by implying that he did not want any specific group to take credit for his potential demise, adding to the already erratic nature of his social media outbursts.
West’s rant did not stop there. In another post, he hinted that Jay-Z should not bear the burden of carrying out such an act himself. Instead, he suggested that a known associate of rapper Drake, referred to as “Top 5,” could be responsible for the deed.
The cryptic and dark nature of these statements only added to the growing unease surrounding West’s mental and emotional state. His words painted a picture of a man who felt deeply betrayed and disillusioned by those he once considered allies.
The controversy deepened when it was revealed that West had initially posted and then deleted tweets targeting Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s children. One of his posts questioned whether anyone had ever seen the couple’s younger twins, Rumi and Sir.

He then made an offensive and insensitive remark about their health, stating that artificial insemination was a blessing to prevent “retarded children.” The post was met with immediate backlash, leading to its removal. However, screenshots captured by social media users ensured that the inflammatory remarks would not be forgotten.
Following the deletion of the post, West admitted that someone from his music team had urged him to take it down. He claimed he was “mad” that he had removed it but did so to avoid further consequences from X, hinting at the possibility of being banned from the platform.
Despite this, he continued to lash out at Jay-Z, calling him a “p-ssy -ss” and insisting that the rapper had pressured him into retracting his words. His frustration was evident as he lamented that his social media was now a “one-way conversion,” suggesting that he felt censored or silenced.
West and Jay-Z’s relationship dates back to the early 2000s when West began producing music for Roc-A-Fella Records. Jay-Z played a pivotal role in shaping West’s early career, serving as a mentor and collaborator.
Their relationship was immortalized in West’s 2007 song “Big Brother,” in which he expressed admiration and gratitude for Jay-Z’s guidance. However, their bond began to fray over the years, leading to a series of public disagreements and betrayals that have only escalated with time.
One of the key turning points in their relationship occurred in 2014 when Jay-Z and Beyoncé failed to attend West’s wedding to Kim Kardashian. At the time, West publicly downplayed the significance of their absence, stating in an interview with GQ that the only important attendee was Kardashian.
However, in later interviews, he admitted that he was deeply hurt by their decision. He suggested that, despite the rumored marital issues between Jay-Z and Beyoncé at the time, they should have made an effort to be present, given their history as close friends and collaborators.
Another major source of tension between the two families was the lack of interaction between their children. West has previously voiced his frustration over the fact that his daughter, North West, and Jay-Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy, never had a playdate together.
He saw this as a sign that the Carters were deliberately keeping their distance, further solidifying his belief that they did not view him as part of their inner circle. Additionally, he accused Jay-Z and Beyoncé of failing to reach out after Kardashian was robbed in Paris, a traumatic incident that left West feeling abandoned.
The strained relationship between West and Jay-Z has also been reflected in their music. Jay-Z addressed the fallout in his 2017 song “Kill Jay-Z,” featured on the “4:44” album, where he referred to West’s behavior as “insane.”
The track was widely interpreted as a direct response to West’s previous rants about him and Beyoncé. Over the years, their interactions have only grown more contentious, with West oscillating between expressing love for Jay-Z and lashing out at him publicly.
The latest social media storm is yet another indication that their relationship remains fractured beyond repair.
