The announcement, made via Nouah’s Instagram, highlighted their aim to elevate storytelling and set new benchmarks in the industry. BRS Studios is a collaboration between Blue Pictures Distribution, Ramsey Films, and Sozo Films.

Ramsey Films is dedicated to producing high-quality local content with innovative approaches for a worldwide audience. Sozo Films is recognized for its creative and managerial expertise in film production.
BRS Studios, formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Venture, is not a merger of these companies but will operate for specific upcoming projects.
The SPV aims to enhance the filmmaking process by improving all aspects of the value chain, fostering innovative structures for sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of Nollywood and African filmmaking.
