As Sean “Diddy” Combs faces mounting legal troubles, including criminal charges and multiple civil lawsuits, those who have been closely associated with him are now under significant public scrutiny.
One of the key figures caught in this storm is Kristina Khorram, Combs’ former chief of staff at Combs Enterprises, now known as Combs Global.
With her name appearing in several lawsuits, Khorram has finally broken her silence to address the serious allegations leveled against her.
In a strongly worded statement obtained by CNN, Khorram expressed her deep frustration and distress over the accusations. “For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss,” she stated.
“These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family.” She further insisted that the claims against her are entirely baseless and have taken a heavy toll on her personal and professional life.
Khorram forcefully denied any participation in the alleged crimes associated with Combs. “I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone,” she asserted.
“The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in – or even being a bystander to – the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable. That is not who I am, and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault.”
She maintained her confidence that the legal process would ultimately exonerate her. “I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue,” she added.
Khorram has been named as a defendant in at least three civil complaints filed against Combs, though she has not been charged with any crimes.
Meanwhile, Combs himself faces serious legal challenges, including an indictment in the Southern District of New York on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted, he could face life in prison. Despite these charges, he has pleaded not guilty and continues to deny all allegations against him.
Combs, once revered as a music mogul, has built an empire spanning multiple industries, including fashion, media, food, and spirits. Khorram played a central role in this business empire, as evidenced by a 2021 Facebook post from Combs himself.
“Meet Kristina Khorram, Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises. Kristina aka KK keeps everything in my life and my business running,” he wrote. “She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get sh*t done. Don’t know how I’d function without her.”
However, her once-praised role is now under a different kind of spotlight. In a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs, Khorram is accused of having played an instrumental role in organizing and executing operations that allegedly violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA).
“According to Mr. Jones, Defendant Khorram ordered sex workers for Mr. Combs,” the lawsuit claims. “On one occasion, she sent Mr. Jones a text message requesting that he call a particular sex worker. We have the message.”
Khorram has since filed a request to join Combs’ motion to dismiss the case, signaling her intent to fight the allegations through legal means. In addition to Jones’ lawsuit, she is also named in a separate sexual harassment and battery complaint filed by Phillip Pines, a former assistant to Combs.
Pines’ lawsuit describes his experiences working for the mogul and alleges that both Combs and Khorram wielded power over him as his direct supervisors.
In his complaint, Pines recounts a violent incident involving Combs in Miami. “At a time in Miami, Mr. Combs became upset at a guest and became violent. Mr. Combs kicked the guest in the butt and stomach,” the lawsuit states.
Pines alleges that after he reported the incident to Khorram, she instructed him to remain silent. “Kristina Khorram asked Plaintiff what happened, and Plaintiff told her and how upset he was about it.
Defendant Khorram instructed Plaintiff to never speak about it, and there are repercussions that can happen if he did,” the lawsuit claims.
Beyond these cases, Khorram is also a named defendant in a third civil lawsuit filed last October in California. Details of this case remain under legal review, but it adds to the growing list of allegations that have placed her in the center of the controversy surrounding Combs.
With multiple lawsuits in motion and an ongoing criminal investigation, both Combs and Khorram face intense legal battles ahead.
While Khorram maintains her innocence and insists that the truth will clear her name, the legal proceedings will ultimately determine her fate.
As the cases unfold, the public and the entertainment industry will be watching closely to see how these allegations impact not just Combs and Khorram, but the wider network of individuals associated with the embattled mogul.
As of now, the legal system remains the battleground where these accusations will be tested. Whether Khorram emerges vindicated or further implicated remains to be seen.
One thing is certain: the controversy surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs and his inner circle is far from over.
