In “Borrow Me Your Baby,” Falz’s rap complements Simi’s distinctive style, enhancing the song’s narrative and musical appeal. This collaboration marks their first since 2017 when Falz featured on Simi’s “Jamb Question.”
Their previous joint project, the 2016 album “Chemistry,” was a significant success, featuring popular tracks like “Enough,” “Chemistry,” and “Foreign.”
Falz, who started his music career in 2009, is also known for his work as an actor and activist. He rose to fame with the hit song “Marry Me,” featuring Poe and Yemi Alade, and released his debut album, “Wazap Guy,” in 2014.
