Singer Joshua Iniyezo, known as Solidstar, has announced his engagement to his fiancée on social media.
He shared a photo of the engagement ring on his partner’s finger and praised her, calling her a good woman and noting, “Good woman no dey easy to find.”
This engagement follows a difficult period for Solidstar, who was seen in August 2023 looking unkempt and wandering the streets.
His brother Joseph revealed that the singer was battling drug addiction. However, in March 2024, Solidstar addressed the situation, announcing that he no longer smokes or drinks alcohol.
Solidstar’s music career began at age 14 as a drummer for a church in Delta State. He entered the music industry professionally after being discovered at a talent show in Ajegunle, Lagos.
