Renowned Nigerian music executive and artist manager, Soso Soberekon, has stirred up the internet by pledging a whopping ₦20 million for a much-anticipated rematch between controversial singers Speed Darlington and Portable.

The generous offer came just hours after the intense celebrity boxing match titled Chaos in the Rings, which saw Portable declared the winner after Speed Darlington failed to return for the second round due to a shoulder injury.

The clash drew massive attention online, not just for the drama in the ring, but also for the heated exchanges that followed.

In the aftermath of his defeat, Speed Darlington took to Instagram to cry foul, alleging that Portable may have resorted to supernatural means—known locally as juju—to secure the win.

“I wasn’t tired,” he insisted in the video. “But my hand got dislocated. I don’t know what exactly happened, maybe it was the juju that Portable brought.

His claims sparked widespread reactions from fans and industry observers, many of whom called for a rematch to settle the score once and for all.

Soso Soberekon wasted no time jumping into the fray, making his offer public in the comment section of Speed Darlington’s post. “Rematch 20m for the winner,” Soberekon wrote, tagging the artist directly. “@speeddarlintv you have my number or tell the promoters to reach out to me.”

The comment quickly gained traction, fueling excitement about a potential rematch that promises even more drama and entertainment.

Whether this offer will be accepted remains to be seen, but one thing is certain—round two of this chaotic showdown may be even bigger than the first.
