Tems is set to make her second appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on May 20, 2024. The Grammy-winning artist will perform her new single ‘Love Me Jeje,’ which samples the classic song by Seyi Sodimu and Shaffy Bello.
This appearance follows her 2021 performance with Wizkid of their hit collaboration ‘Essence.’
Tems’ performance on The Tonight Show is part of the promotion for her debut album ‘Born In The Wild,’ scheduled for release on June 7, 2024.
Leading up to the album release, she has dropped singles like ‘Me & U,’ ‘Not An Angel,’ and ‘Love Me Jeje,’ and featured on Tyla’s track ‘No. 1.’
Since her rise to international fame in 2020 with her contribution to Wizkid’s ‘Essence,’ Tems has become one of Africa’s biggest music stars.
Her debut album follows high-profile collaborations with Beyonce, Drake, and Future, with her work on Future’s ‘Wait For U’ earning her a Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance.
