The announcement came via social media, where the 43-year-old singer shared that his doctors recommended additional rest after a back injury he sustained during his November 25 performance at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.
Apologizing to his fans, Timberlake expressed his disappointment, saying, “I hurt my back in Nola, and my doctors have instructed me to rest a little bit longer. Thank you for your support—y’all know I hate doing this.” The singer has yet to announce a rescheduled date for the Oklahoma City show.

He assured fans that these performances would be rescheduled for February 2025, stating, “I’m so sorry to say I do need to reschedule the next few shows from 10/23 through 11/2. Thank you for understanding—I’ll make it up to you.”
Earlier in October, Timberlake had also canceled a show in Newark, New Jersey, citing an undisclosed injury. In that announcement, he expressed similar regret, saying, “I’m so disappointed to not see you all—but I’m working to reschedule ASAP. I promise to make it up to you and give you the show y’all deserve.”

The Forget Tomorrow World Tour marks Timberlake’s return to the spotlight following a six-year hiatus from live performances.
