Ugandan mega star Gravity Omutujju, known for releasing a major hit song each year followed by a concert, continues this tradition in 2024. He has announced his forthcoming “Embaga Ya Isma N’amina” concert.
This year, he is promoting his latest track, “Embaga Ya Isma N’amina,” which hasn’t yet reached the popularity of his previous hits like “Okwepicha.” Despite this, Gravity is moving forward with plans for a concert.
He announced the concert on social media, sharing a poster for the event scheduled for 7th September 2024. The concert will take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval, a venue Gravity has used before, and he encourages his fans to attend in large numbers.
Gravity’s concerts are renowned for their magnetic and electrifying performances, unmatched by other local and international artists this year.
He invites everyone to join him at Lugogo Cricket Oval, promising a night of celebration and energetic performances, urging fans to prepare for a memorable party.
Gereson Wabuyi, known professionally as Gravity Omutujju, is a Ugandan rapper. He has collaborated with numerous other Ugandan musicians, including Eddy Kenzo.
Wabuyi started singing as a student at Old Kampala Secondary school, where he picked up Gravity Omutujju as a stage name.
At the age of 17, he signed with Redemption Studios, where he recorded his first song, “Joanita”.
He later joined producer Didi in Born Fire, a Makindye-based group, where he connected with other artists with whom he has collaborated. He has received media attention for his criticisms of other musicians.
