Award-winning hitmaker Victony is set to release his debut LP titled “Stubborn” on June 21, 2024. The album will feature 14 songs and include collaborations with five artists.
Victony, who has enjoyed impressive commercial success since his mainstream breakthrough with the EP “OutLaw,” has already released singles “Everything” and “Stubborn,” featuring Asake, in anticipation of the album.
The album will also feature appearances from Nigerian street hop star Shallipopi, Shorae Moore, Saint Jhn, and American rapper Teezo Touchdown.
Victony’s debut album follows his sensational rise, highlighted by the global hit song “Soweto” with producer Tempoe. The album rollout showcases Victony’s distinctive creative touch, blending vibrant artistic imagery with music that reflects his journey and triumphs over various challenges.
In 2023, Victony demonstrated his creativity on the track “Ohema,” featuring over 10 artists, including Crayon, Bella Shmurda, Rema, Ayra Starr, Bloody Civilian, Odumodublvck, and AV.
The release of “Stubborn” marks another significant milestone in Victony’s career, cementing his status as one of the most talented artists in the new generation of Afrobeats stars.
