Chance The Rapper and his wife, Kirsten Corley, have publicly declared their intention to divorce. They released a joint statement on Chance’s Instagram account on Wednesday, explaining that they reached this decision after a period of separation.
The statement also mentioned that they will share joint legal custody of their daughters.
See statement below:

Chance (Chancelor Johnathan Bennett) and Kirsten have a longstanding history, having known each other since childhood.
They began dating in 2013 and welcomed their first daughter in 2015. Although they briefly split in 2016, they reconciled the same year and got married in 2019, welcoming their second daughter later that year.
Chance cherishes spending time with his daughters, and in a 2022 interview, he shared that they are aware of his fame but remain unaffected by it.
However, their divorce announcement comes after Chance was photographed behaving inappropriately with a woman who was not his wife during Carnival in Jamaica.
